X3Bar Week 2 in Review

I finished week 2 of training with X3Bar!

Here’s my Week 2 Review & Recap:

1) I’m already seeing some results! I definitely feel stronger after 2 weeks of consistent training and following the X3 12 Week Program. In addition, I’m starting to see more of my muscles building, specifically in my shoulders. Overall, I feel great in both my body and mind. My joints feel fresh and I feel like I’m recovering better.

2) My shoulders and biceps get the most sore from my workouts. I’m sure it’s different for everyone. For the last 2 weeks, I feel it the most in my shoulders and biceps.

3) Doing squats on the X3Bar takes some time getting used to. Once you get comfortable with the exercise, you really feel that powerful stimulation in your quads, hamstrings and glutes!

I’m excited for Week 3! I will keep you posted with my progress!
