Boulders for Shoulders!

Using X3, it feels so good to finally be able to workout shoulders without pain.

The problem with standard weightlifting is you overload joints and underload muscles. This is particularly true when it comes to shoulder press. It wrecks havoc on my joints.

X3 does the opposite. You put less stress on your joints where you are weaker and more stress when you are stronger.

As you can see in this video, I am performing the Overhead Shoulder Press for my X3 workout. I try to get 15 reps for the full range of motion. Ideally, I’d love to get another 15 reps for the other ranges of motion but my muscles lose strength quick. That’s what I love about X3. I am training in all ranges of motion.

Before I increase the band resistance, I want to get more reps on the other ranges of motion. You can’t find a workout like X3 that really hits all the proper ranges of motion!
